How the tiers read

Must add: Score 80 and up: a starter-grade vacancy or a role that has already changed, with the usage to show it.
Strong add: 60 to 79: a real role or a clear path to one; worth a real bid in most leagues.
Speculative: 40 to 59: a trend or a thin position, not yet a job. A dollar or two.
Stash: Under 40, or on a reserve list: a free roster spot, nothing more.
